Helfy® Centenarian Diagnostic Blood Panel
Track the data that defines your decade.
Precision Health Starts with Precision Testing.
As part of your Helfy® Centenarian Programme, this exclusive doctor-led blood panel is designed to provide deep, actionable insight into the biomarkers that most influence longevity, energy, metabolic health, and hormone function.
Collected via a fast, in-person venous blood draw, this test is administered at the start and end of your 100-day programme — allowing you to measure what matters and track your transformation with real clinical data.
🔬 What We Test – And Why It Matters
Biomarker | What It Reveals |
---|---|
Lipid Profile | A detailed look at your cholesterol status — assessing risk for heart disease and arteriosclerosis |
Apolipoproteins (Apo A1 & B) | Advanced cardiovascular markers showing cholesterol transport efficiency and atherogenic risk |
Lipoprotein(a) | A powerful genetic marker for cardiovascular risk not picked up by standard lipid tests |
HbA1c | Your average blood sugar over the past 2-3 months — critical for identifying insulin resistance and prediabetes |
Liver Function Tests (LFTs) | Insight into your liver’s detox, metabolism, and protein production capacity |
Kidney Function (U&E) | Evaluates how efficiently your kidneys are filtering waste and balancing key electrolytes |
Vitamin D | Essential for immune health, hormone regulation, and inflammation control |
Active Vitamin B12 | The bioavailable form of B12 needed for energy, cognition, and nerve repair |
Magnesium | A master mineral for sleep, recovery, blood pressure, and stress response |
Iron Profile (incl. Ferritin, TIBC) | Measures usable iron, stores, and absorption — crucial for fatigue, oxygen transport, and cognitive function |
TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) | Primary thyroid function marker, regulating metabolic rate and energy production |
Free T4 | A deeper dive into thyroid health — shows how your body converts and uses thyroid hormones |
Testosterone | Key male hormone that influences energy, muscle mass, libido, mood, and metabolic resilience |

How to prepare:
1. Timing: Please take your sample before 10am. If you have an unusual sleep pattern (e.g., shift worker), take this test within 2 hours of waking.
2. Health Condition: Take this test when any symptoms of short-term illness have settled. Avoid heavy exercise for 48 hours beforehand. Avoid fatty foods for 8 hours before your test; fasting is not required.
3. Medications: Corticosteroid medication can affect this test; ask your doctor whether to stop before testing.
4. Hormone Products: If you use hormone gels, patches, or tablets, use gloves when administering these products. Ensure your fingers have not been in contact with hormone supplements for at least four weeks before the test.
5. Supplements: Take this test before any medication or vitamin/mineral supplements. Do not take biotin supplements for two days before this test; discuss this with your doctor if prescribed.
