Track the data that defines your decade.

This exclusive, doctor-led diagnostic blood panel provides deep, actionable insight into the biomarkers that most influence longevity, energy, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, and hormone function. Collected via an in-person venous blood draw, this test allows real clinical data to inform real transformation and track meaningful change across your 100-day Helfy® Centenarian Programme.

  • Lipoprotein(a)
A powerful inherited cardiovascular risk marker often missed in routine testing
  • HbA1c

  • Liver Function Tests (LFTs)
Insight into liver detoxification, metabolism, and protein synthesis capacity
  • Kidney Function (U&Es)

Essential for immune health, inflammation control, bone strength, and hormone regulation
  • Active Vitamin B12

  • Iron Profile (Ferritin, TIBC, Iron)
Assesses iron stores, absorption, and availability, crucial for oxygen transport, energy, and cognitive performance
  • TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
Primary thyroid screening marker regulating metabolic rate and energy production
  • Free T4
Provides deeper insight into thyroid hormone availability and utilisation
  • Testosterone
A key hormone influencing energy, muscle mass, libido, mood, bone density, and metabolic resilience
