Helfy® Performance & Recovery Profile
A deep-tissue diagnostic for an active lifestyle.
This Profile is engineered for those who push their physical limits. This doctor-led panel specifically integrates muscle-stress markers (Creatine Kinase) and electrolyte balance (Magnesium) with our core metabolic and hormonal suites. This allows us to distinguish between healthy adaptation and overtraining, ensuring your physical engine is resilient enough to sustain peak performance.
🔬 What We Test — And Why It Matters
Muscle Integrity & Recovery Markers
-
Creatine Kinase (CK) & Creatinine
Direct indicators of muscle turnover and renal clearance. Monitoring CK allows us to assess how your body is responding to high-intensity training and ensures you are recovering effectively between sessions. -
Magnesium (Serum)
The "master mineral" for neuromuscular function. Magnesium is critical for ATP production and muscle relaxation; even a slight deficiency can lead to fatigue and reduced physical output.
Metabolic & Inflammatory Shield
-
HbA1c, Uric Acid & Lipid Profile
We monitor your long-term glucose stability and lipid architecture. Uric Acid serves as a key indicator of metabolic waste management and systemic antioxidant status. -
hs-CRP (High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein)
A vital sensor for "silent" inflammation. In an athletic context, we use this to ensure that systemic inflammation isn't blunting your hormonal signals or recovery pathways.
Endocrine & Energy Drive
-
Basic Thyroid Function & Testosterone
The twin engines of your metabolism and vitality. We ensure your "thyroid thermostat" is set correctly and your testosterone is optimized to support muscle repair and cognitive focus.
Organ Integrity & Nutrient Pillars
-
Kidney & Liver Function Profiles
Comprehensive audits of your body's filtration and metabolic laboratories. -
Iron Profile, Vitamin B12 & Vitamin D
The essential raw materials for oxygen transport, nerve health, and immune resilience.
⚠️ Important Clinical Requirement
- This comprehensive audit must be followed by a consultation with the Helfy® Clinic you are registered to.
- Because markers like Creatine Kinase and hs-CRP are highly sensitive to recent training, clinical review is mandatory to ensure accurate interpretation.
- Orders without a booked consultation cannot be processed.
🔐 Clinical Governance Notice
How We Protect You
- All diagnostic blood panels require a follow-up consultation with the Helfy® Clinic you are registered to
- Results are not released without clinical review
- Orders without a booked consultation cannot be processed

💡 Designed for people who:
This Panel Is For You If You:
- Are engaged in regular high-intensity training, weightlifting, or endurance sports
- Suffer from slow recovery, persistent muscle soreness, or unexplained fatigue
- Want to ensure their hormonal drive and metabolic health are keeping pace with their training volume
- Are over 35 and prioritizing musculoskeletal resilience
- Prioritize data-driven recovery as a pillar of their longevity strategy
🧪 How to prepare for your helfy®Test
Pre-Test Instructions
-
Sample Type
This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician. -
Fasting
You must fast for 10–12 hours prior to the test. Water only. Avoid alcohol and red meat for 48 hours prior. -
Timing
Take your sample before 10am to capture peak morning levels of Testosterone and TSH. -
Activity
For this specific profile, avoid all strenuous exercise for 48-72 hours prior to the blood draw. Intense muscle damage will cause a massive spike in Creatine Kinase and Liver enzymes, making the results impossible to interpret accurately. -
Supplements
Avoid Biotin (B7), Vitamin D, B-vitamins, and Iron for 48 hours to ensure laboratory precision.
