Pre-Test Instructions

Sample Type
This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician. -
Fasting
You must fast for 10–12 hours prior to the test. Water only. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals for 24 hours before the draw. -
Timing
Take your sample before 10am to ensure a standardized baseline for iron and lipid markers. -
Activity
Avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours. Intense training can spike hs-CRP and temporarily shift ferritin levels, potentially masking your true baseline. -
Supplements
Avoid Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, and Iron supplements for 48 hours prior to the test to ensure we capture your biological baseline.
