Helfy® Endocrine Plus 2: Advanced Vitality Profile

The definitive blueprint for female hormonal and adrenal resilience.

Longevity is dictated by the precise interaction between your adrenal reserves, ovarian function, and metabolic co-factors. This doctor-led diagnostic panel evaluates the complete female endocrine architecture. By measuring the "adrenopause" marker (DHEA-S) alongside the primary reproductive hormones and Vitamin D, we provide a holistic assessment of your biological health, energy production, and long-term structural resilience.

🔬 What We Test — And Why It Matters

Adrenal Reserve & Biological Age

  • DHEA-Sulphate (DHEA-S)
Often called the "fountain of youth" hormone, DHEA-S is an adrenal precursor that declines naturally with age. It is a key biomarker for immune function, cognitive sharpess, and lean muscle preservation.

The Complete Reproductive Axis

  • FSH & LH
These pituitary "messenger" hormones signal the ovaries. Their ratio and absolute levels are the primary clinical indicators of your reproductive stage, identifying the earliest signs of perimenopause.
  • Oestradiol (E2)
The most active form of estrogen, essential for protecting your heart, bones, and brain. Maintaining optimal levels is critical for preventing "inflammaging" as you age.
  • Progesterone
The "calming" hormone that balances estrogen. It is vital for sleep quality, mood regulation, and protecting the uterine lining and breast tissue.
  • Free Testosterone (Calculated)
The biologically active fraction of testosterone that drives mental clarity, physical stamina, and libido. We look beyond "total" levels to see what is actually active at the cellular level.

Structural & Metabolic Support

  • Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy)
A secosteroid hormone that acts as a master regulator for bone mineralization, immune surveillance, and the synthesis of other sex hormones.

⚠️ Important Clinical Requirement

  • This blood panel must be followed by a consultation with the Helfy® Clinic you are registered to.
  • Without a booked clinical review, we are unable to process or release this blood test order.
  • Results are not issued without appropriate medical oversight.

This ensures that markers like Progesterone and FSH are interpreted safely in the context of your specific cycle day, as their levels fluctuate significantly throughout the month.

🧪 How to prepare for your helfy®Test

Pre-Test Instructions

  • Sample Type
This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician.
  • Cycle Timing
For those with a regular menstrual cycle, we recommend testing on Day 3 of your cycle for a baseline, or Day 21 if monitoring ovulation. Consult your clinician for the best timing.
  • Timing
Samples must be taken before 10am to capture consistent hormonal peaks and troughs.
  • Supplements
Avoid Biotin (Vitamin B7) for 48 hours before testing, as it can significantly interfere with the accuracy of steroid and thyroid assays.
  • Activity
Avoid high-intensity exercise for 24 hours prior to ensure Prolactin and other stress-sensitive markers reflect your true baseline.
