Helfy® Female Fertility Foundation: Reproductive Profile
Decode the biological signals of your reproductive healthspan.
Fertility is a sensitive indicator of overall biological vitality. This doctor-led diagnostic panel evaluates the essential hormonal drivers required for ovulation, egg quality, and metabolic readiness. By measuring the Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) alongside thyroid and pituitary markers, we provide a precision-led view of your ovarian reserve and endocrine synchronization, ensuring your body is optimized for the journey ahead.
🔬 What We Test — And Why It Matters
Ovarian Reserve & Egg Potential
-
Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH)
The gold-standard marker for assessing ovarian reserve. AMH levels provide an estimate of the remaining egg pool, allowing for data-driven decisions regarding family planning and reproductive longevity.
The Pituitary-Ovarian Axis
-
FSH & LH
The "command" hormones from the brain that stimulate the ovaries. Their balance is critical for the maturation of eggs and the triggering of ovulation. -
Oestradiol (E2)
The primary female sex hormone responsible for the healthy development of the uterine lining and the maturation of follicles. -
Prolactin
An essential hormone that, when elevated, can act as a "biological brake," suppressing ovulation and disrupting the regularity of the menstrual cycle.
The Metabolic Catalyst (Thyroid)
-
TSH & Free T4
Optimal thyroid function is a prerequisite for fertility. Even sub-clinical thyroid imbalances can impact conception and early pregnancy maintenance by affecting the metabolic rate of reproductive tissues.
⚠️ Important Clinical Requirement
- This blood panel must be followed by a consultation with the Helfy® Clinic you are registered to.
- Without a booked clinical review, we are unable to process or release this blood test order.
- Results are not issued without appropriate medical oversight.
This is critical as AMH and cycle-dependent hormones must be interpreted within the context of your age, medical history, and specific reproductive goals.

🧪 How to prepare for your helfy®Test
Pre-Test Instructions
-
Sample Type
This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician. -
Cycle Timing
AMH can be tested at any point in your cycle. However, for the most accurate view of the FSH/LH ratio, we recommend testing on Day 2, 3, or 4 of your cycle. -
Timing
Take your sample before 10am. Prolactin and TSH levels are best measured in a morning, fasted state. -
Medications
If you are taking the contraceptive pill, certain markers (like FSH/LH) will be suppressed. Consult your clinician if you are testing while on hormonal contraception. -
Supplements
Avoid Biotin (Vitamin B7) for 48 hours prior to the test, as it can cause significant interference with AMH, Thyroid, and Estrogen assays.
