Helfy® Female 40+: The Precision Audit
A comprehensive biological map for optimal female healthspan.
True longevity requires a deep understanding of the interplay between your hormones, metabolic health, and nutrient status. This advanced, doctor-led diagnostic panel provides a high-resolution view of the biomarkers that dictate your energy, cognitive function, and cardiovascular resilience. Collected via a professional venous blood draw, this profile allows real clinical data to inform a personalized plan for long-term vitality and disease prevention.
🔬 What We Test — And Why It Matters
Hormonal Synchrony & Thyroid Performance
-
Oestradiol, FSH & LH
A precise evaluation of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis. These markers identify your reproductive stage and help manage symptoms of hormonal transition, bone density, and heart health. -
Basic Thyroid Profile (TSH & Free T4)
The master controller of your metabolism. Optimal thyroid function is essential for weight management, mood stability, and daily energy.
Metabolic Resilience & Inflammatory Status
-
HbA1c & Lipid Profile
Monitoring long-term blood glucose and cholesterol fractions to ensure metabolic flexibility and a low risk of cardiovascular "inflammaging." -
hs-CRP (High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein)
A highly sensitive indicator of systemic inflammation, used to detect the subtle physiological stress that can accelerate aging. -
Uric Acid
A key marker for metabolic efficiency and kidney health that is often overlooked in female diagnostics.
Advanced Nutrient & Blood Health
-
Active Vitamin B12, Vitamin D & Folate
We test the "Active" form of B12 to ensure cellular bioavailability. These vitamins are critical for DNA repair, immune surveillance, and neurotransmitter balance. -
Iron Profile & Magnesium
Full assessment of iron stores (Ferritin) and transport alongside Magnesium to support oxygenation, sleep architecture, and muscle recovery. -
Full Blood Count (FBC)
A complete analysis of red and white blood cell lines to monitor immune readiness and oxygen transport capacity.
Organ Integrity
-
Liver & Kidney Function Profiles
A comprehensive suite of markers to ensure your primary filtration and detoxification systems are functioning at peak capacity to process nutrients and clear toxins.
