🧪 How to prepare for your helfy®Test

Pre-Test Instructions

• Sample Type
  This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician.
• Fasting
  You must fast for 10–12 hours prior to the test. Water only. This is essential for accurate Lipid and Glucose baseline results.
• Timing
  Take your sample before 10am to maintain a standardized baseline for iron and glucose markers.
• Health Status
  If you have recently had an infection, cold, or flu, please wait at least 14 days before testing, as this will artificially spike your ESR and Ferritin.
• Supplements
  Avoid Iron and Calcium supplements for 48 hours prior to the blood draw.
