🧪 How to prepare for your helfy®Test

Pre-Test Instructions

• Sample Type
  This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician.
• Fasting
  You must fast for 10–12 hours prior to the test. Water only. This is essential for an accurate Lipid Profile and to maintain a standardized baseline for liver markers.
• Alcohol
  Avoid alcohol for at least 24–48 hours before the test, as it can cause temporary spikes in Liver enzymes and shift Triglyceride levels.
• Activity
  Avoid strenuous, high-intensity exercise for 24 hours prior. Intense muscle breakdown can temporarily elevate certain liver and kidney markers.
• Hydration
  Drink water normally leading up to your test to ensure your kidney markers accurately reflect your typical filtration rate.
