Helfy® Biochemistry Profile 3: The Tissue Integrity & Performance Audit
A high-resolution analysis of cellular recovery, filtration efficiency, and metabolic flow.
Biochemistry Profile 3 is a doctor-led diagnostic specifically engineered for the high-performance centenarian. This panel expands on foundational chemistry by integrating key markers of tissue turnover (LDH) and muscle stress (Creatine Kinase) with advanced renal filtration (eGFR). This allows us to distinguish between productive athletic adaptation and systemic strain, ensuring your organs and tissues are resilient enough to thrive under the demands.
🔬 What We Test — And Why It Matters
Cellular Recovery & Muscle Integrity
-
Creatine Kinase (CK) & LDH (Lactate Dehydrogenase)
These enzymes act as sensors for tissue stress. Elevated levels indicate muscle turnover or cellular repair, providing a direct metric of how your body is recovering from physical exertion or high-intensity training.
Advanced Renal Filtration & Hydration
-
eGFR, Urea, Sodium & Creatinine
A comprehensive audit of your "internal plumbing." We calculate the Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) to assess exactly how well your kidneys are filtering blood, while Urea and Sodium provide a snapshot of your protein metabolism and hydration status.
Mineral & Waste Equilibrium
-
Calcium & Corrected Calcium
Critical for nerve transmission and skeletal strength. We measure "Corrected" Calcium to ensure we are seeing the biologically active mineral levels independent of protein fluctuations. -
Uric Acid
A vital byproduct of cell turnover and metabolism, serving as a marker for both kidney efficiency and systemic antioxidant balance.
The Metabolic & Energy Foundations
-
Liver Function Test (LFT), Lipid Profile & Iron Profile
The triple-pillar audit of your body's primary laboratory, cardiovascular health, and oxygen-carrying capacity. -
Random Glucose
Provides an immediate insight into your glycemic stability.
⚠️ Important Clinical Requirement
- This comprehensive biochemistry audit must be followed by a consultation with the Helfy® Clinic you are registered to.
- Due to the sensitivity of muscle and kidney markers to recent exercise, results are strictly released only under medical review.
- Orders without a booked consultation cannot be processed.
🔐 Clinical Governance Notice
How We Protect You
- All diagnostic blood panels require a follow-up consultation with the Helfy® Clinic you are registered to
- Results are not released without clinical review
- Orders without a booked consultation cannot be processed
This is a doctor-led diagnostic pathway designed for clinical safety and the high-precision management of physiological resilience.
💡 Designed for people who:
This Panel Is For You If You:
- Engage in regular athletic training or high-intensity physical activity
- Want to monitor the impact of protein-rich diets or performance supplements on kidney function
- Experience slow recovery, muscle weakness, or persistent fatigue
- Seek a deep-dive baseline of their organ efficiency and cellular health
- Prioritize tissue longevity and metabolic waste management
🧪 How to prepare for your helfy®Test
Pre-Test Instructions
-
Sample Type
This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician. -
Fasting
You must fast for 10–12 hours prior to the test. Water only. Avoid alcohol and red meat for 48 hours prior. -
Timing
Take your sample before 10am for a standardized baseline. -
Activity
For this specific profile, avoid all strenuous exercise for 48–72 hours prior to the blood draw. Intense muscle damage will cause a massive spike in Creatine Kinase and LDH, making the results impossible to interpret accurately. -
Supplements
Avoid Calcium and Iron supplements for 48 hours to ensure laboratory precision.
