Helfy® Centenarian Female

Where female physiology meets future-proof medicine.

This bespoke, clinical-grade diagnostic blood panel allows real data to drive real transformation. From hormone testing to mapping your cardiovascular risks, metabolic health, and nutrient status, this test is designed to reverse decline, restore energy, and support healthy ageing across every stage of female life; from reproductive years through peri- and post-menopause.

🔬 What We Test - And Why It Matters

Core Health & Longevity Markers

  • Lipid Profile
Total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, triglycerides — essential for assessing long-term cardiovascular and metabolic health
  • Apolipoproteins (Apo A1 & Apo B)
More accurate cardiovascular risk markers than traditional cholesterol tests, particularly relevant for women’s lipid patterns
  • Lipoprotein(a)
A key inherited cardiovascular risk marker, frequently elevated in women and often missed in routine testing
  • HbA1c
Average blood glucose over 2–3 months — critical for detecting insulin resistance and metabolic dysfunction
  • Liver Function Tests (LFTs)
Assesses detoxification capacity, liver enzymes, and protein synthesis — central to hormone metabolism
  • Kidney Function (U&Es)
Evaluates filtration, hydration, and electrolyte balance — foundational for blood pressure and vitality
  • Vitamin D
Impacts bone health, immune function, mood, and hormone regulation — especially important over age 35
  • Active Vitamin B12
The energy and neurological vitamin — supports cognition, mood, and nerve health
  • Magnesium
Supports sleep quality, muscle recovery, blood pressure regulation, and hormonal balance
  • Iron Profile (Ferritin, TIBC, Iron)
Identifies iron deficiency or overload — vital for energy, cognition, and menstruating women
  • TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
First-line thyroid screening — thyroid dysfunction is common and under-diagnosed in women
  • Free T4
Provides deeper insight into thyroid hormone availability and metabolic energy production

🔬 Female-Specific Hormone Panel

Reproductive & Menopausal Insight

  • FSH (Follicle Stimulating Hormone)
Indicates ovarian reserve, reproductive status, and menopausal transition
  • LH (Luteinising Hormone)
Essential for understanding ovulation patterns and perimenopausal hormone signalling shifts
  • Oestradiol (E2)
The primary female sex hormone — central to mood, skin, metabolism, bone health, and libido
