Helfy® Vitamin Profile 4: The Longevity & Performance Audit

The ultimate high-resolution map of your biological vitality.

This is the definitive Helfy® diagnostic for the dedicated Centenarian. Profile 4 integrates the "Big Three" vitamins (Active B12, Folate, Vitamin D) with critical metabolic, inflammatory, and mineral markers. By combining nutrient status with a full Lipid Profile and High-Sensitivity CRP, we move beyond simple deficiencies to assess your systemic "age." Within the Helfy® framework, this allows us to synchronize your energy production, cardiovascular defense, and recovery capacity across your 100-day Programme.

🔬 What We Test — And Why It Matters

The Methylation & Neurological Duo

  • Active Vitamin B12 & Folate
We measure the bioavailable fraction of B12—the only form that can enter your cells—alongside Folate to ensure your methylation cycle is optimized. This is essential for DNA repair, neurotransmitter synthesis, and protecting your cognitive healthspan.

The Cardiovascular & Inflammatory Axis

  • Lipid Profile & hs-CRP
We evaluate your full cholesterol architecture alongside High-Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein. This combination is the gold standard for identifying vascular "inflammaging"—the silent inflammation that drives arterial damage and cardiovascular risk.

The Storage & Mineral Pillars

  • Ferritin
A precise measure of your body’s iron stores. We ensure your "internal battery" is charged for oxygen transport without reaching levels that trigger oxidative stress.
  • Magnesium (Serum)
Involved in over 300 biochemical reactions, Magnesium is the "master mineral" for muscle relaxation, sleep quality, and ATP (energy) production.
  • Vitamin D (25-Hydroxy)
The master immune regulator and pro-hormone. We target the "High-Performance Zone" to ensure peak bone density and immune surveillance.

⚠️ Important Clinical Requirement

  • This comprehensive panel must be followed by a consultation with the Helfy® Clinic you are registered to.
  • Without a booked clinical review, we are unable to process or release this blood test order.
  • Results are not issued without appropriate medical oversight.

This ensures your markers—especially the relationship between iron, lipids, and inflammation—are interpreted as a unified biological picture rather than isolated numbers.

🔐 Clinical Governance Notice

How We Protect You

  • All diagnostic blood panels require a follow-up consultation with the Helfy® Clinic you are registered to
  • Results are not released without clinical review
  • Orders without a booked consultation cannot be processed

🧪 How to prepare for your helfy®Test

Pre-Test Instructions

  • Sample Type
This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician.
  • Diet & Fasting
You must fast for 10–12 hours prior to the test. Water only. Avoid alcohol and red meat for 24 hours before the draw.
  • Activity
Avoid strenuous exercise for 48 hours. Intense training can spike hs-CRP (inflammation) and temporarily shift magnesium and lipid levels.
  • Supplements
Stop taking B-vitamins, Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Iron supplements for 48 hours prior to the test to capture your biological baseline.
  • Health Status
If you are currently ill or have an infection, please delay your test by at least 14 days, as illness will artificially spike your CRP and Ferritin levels.
