helfy®Energy — Tiredness & Fatigue Blood Test
Identify what’s draining your energy and fix it with clarity.
helfy®Energy is a focused, doctor-designed blood test created to uncover the most common biological causes of persistent tiredness, low energy, and unexplained fatigue. Using a simple finger-prick blood sample collected at home, this panel measures key biomarkers linked to oxygen delivery, thyroid function, inflammation, and nutrient status — the foundations of everyday energy and vitality.
If you feel exhausted despite adequate sleep, struggle with brain fog or low motivation, or sense that something “isn’t right” but can’t pinpoint why, helfy®Energy provides the data needed to move from guessing to understanding.
🔬 What We Test — And Why It Matters
Energy & Fatigue Markers
-
Iron Profile
Measures iron, ferritin, and related markers to assess iron availability and storage
Iron deficiency is a leading cause of fatigue, breathlessness, poor concentration, and low physical endurance -
Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
The primary regulator of thyroid hormone production, controlling metabolic rate and energy output
Abnormal levels may indicate underactive or overactive thyroid function, both linked to fatigue -
Free Thyroxine (Free T4)
The active thyroid hormone responsible for regulating metabolism and cellular energy production
Low levels can contribute to tiredness, weight changes, low mood, and reduced resilience -
C-Reactive Protein (CRP)
A marker of systemic inflammation, which can quietly drain energy and impair recovery
Raised levels may indicate chronic inflammation contributing to fatigue and poor wellbeing -
Vitamin D (25-OH)
Essential for energy regulation, immune health, muscle function, and mood stability
Low vitamin D levels are strongly associated with chronic fatigue and reduced vitality
