Helfy® Male: The Performance Audit
A comprehensive diagnostic blueprint for the modern centenarian.
This doctor-led panel is our most thorough baseline for male health. It evaluates the critical pillars of longevity: metabolic efficiency, cardiovascular integrity, hormonal vitality, and nutrient status. By identifying sub-clinical shifts in organ function or inflammation before they manifest as symptoms, this profile provides the actionable data required to optimize your health-span and physical resilience.
🔬 What We Test — And Why It Matters
Metabolic & Cardiovascular Foundation
-
Lipid Profile & HbA1c
A deep dive into your cholesterol fractions and 3-month blood sugar average to assess your risk for atherosclerosis and insulin resistance. -
hs-CRP (High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein)
A vital marker of systemic inflammation, used to identify the "inflammaging" that can damage arteries and tissues. -
Uric Acid
An important marker for metabolic health and kidney function; elevated levels are linked to joint health (gout) and cardiovascular stress.
Organ Function & Recovery
-
Liver & Kidney Function Profiles
Comprehensive markers (including eGFR and Liver Enzymes) to ensure your body’s primary filtration and detoxification systems are operating at peak capacity. -
Creatinine Kinase (CK)
An enzyme found in the heart and skeletal muscles. Elevated levels provide insight into muscle strain, overtraining, or recovery status.
Hormonal & Nutrient Vitality
-
Testosterone
The primary male androgen, essential for maintaining muscle mass, bone density, libido, and cognitive focus. -
Vitamin D, Active B12 & Folate
The "Master Nutrients." These are critical for DNA repair, energy production, and immune surveillance. We test the "Active" form of B12 to ensure it is actually bioavailable to your cells. -
Iron Profile & Magnesium
Essential minerals for oxygen transport and over 300 enzymatic reactions in the body, including sleep quality and muscle relaxation.
Hematological Health
-
Full Blood Count (FBC)
A complete analysis of your red and white blood cells to check for anemia, oxygen-carrying capacity, and immune system readiness. -
Basic Thyroid Profile
Assessing the TSH levels that govern your basal metabolic rate and daily energy expenditure.
⚠️ Important Clinical Requirement

- Without a booked clinical review, we are unable to process or release this blood test order.
- Results are not issued without appropriate medical oversight.
This ensures your comprehensive data is synthesized into a single, actionable health plan rather than viewed as isolated numbers.
