Helfy® Female: The Vitality Profile
A 360-degree diagnostic blueprint for female longevity.
This exclusive, doctor-led diagnostic panel provides a deep, actionable map of the biomarkers that govern female health. From hormonal balance and thyroid regulation to metabolic stability and nutrient density, this profile is designed to catch sub-clinical shifts before they impact your quality of life.
🔬 What We Test — And Why It Matters
Hormonal Rhythm & Reproductive Health
-
Oestradiol, FSH & LH
A comprehensive look at the "communication" between your brain and ovaries. These markers are essential for understanding your current reproductive stage, bone density protection, and cardiovascular resilience. -
Basic Thyroid Profile
Thyroid hormones are the master regulators of your basal metabolic rate, body temperature, and mood stability.
Metabolic & Cardiovascular Foundation
-
Lipid Profile & HbA1c
Detailed assessment of cholesterol fractions and long-term blood sugar levels to mitigate risks of insulin resistance and vascular "inflammaging." -
hs-CRP (High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein)
A critical marker of systemic inflammation, often used to predict long-term cardiovascular and joint health. -
Uric Acid
An important indicator of metabolic waste management and kidney efficiency.
Organ Resilience & Recovery
-
Liver & Kidney Function (including Creatine)
Ensuring your primary detoxification and filtration pathways are optimized for nutrient processing and toxin clearance. -
Creatine Kinase (CK)
A sensitive marker for muscle stress and recovery, ensuring your training intensity matches your body's ability to repair.
Nutrient Density & Hematology
-
Vitamin Profile (Vitamin D, B12, Folate)
The building blocks of DNA repair, immune surveillance, and cognitive health. -
Iron Profile & Magnesium
Assessing iron stores (Ferritin) and transport alongside Magnesium to support energy levels, sleep quality, and neuromuscular function. -
Full Blood Count (FBC)
A complete overview of red and white blood cells to evaluate oxygen-carrying capacity and immune readiness.
⚠️ Important Clinical Requirement
- This blood panel must be followed by a consultation with the Helfy® Clinic you are registered to.
- Without a booked clinical review, we are unable to process or release this blood test order.
- Results are not issued without appropriate medical oversight.
This ensures that hormonal markers (like Oestradiol and FSH) are interpreted specifically in the context of your menstrual cycle or menopausal status.

🧪 How to prepare for your helfy®Test
Pre-Test Instructions
-
Sample Type
This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician. -
Cycle Timing
If you still have a regular menstrual cycle, we recommend testing on Day 3 of your cycle (where Day 1 is the first day of your period) for the most accurate hormonal baseline. -
Timing
Take your sample before 10am to ensure consistent thyroid and cortisol-related baselines. -
Diet
You must fast for 10-12 hours prior to testing. Water only. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours. -
Activity
Avoid heavy exercise for 48 hours prior to the test to ensure Creatine Kinase and CRP levels reflect your true baseline. -
Supplements
Avoid Biotin (Vitamin B7) for 48 hours before the test, as it can significantly interfere with hormone and thyroid assays.
