• Liver Function Test (LFT)
  We monitor a suite of enzymes (including ALT, AST, and GGT) and proteins (Albumin) to assess liver health. This identifies whether your body's primary laboratory is efficiently managing detoxification, energy storage, and the repair of tissues.

Cardiovascular Architecture

• Lipid Profile

🧪 How to prepare for your helfy®Test

Pre-Test Instructions

• Sample Type
  This test requires a venous blood draw performed by a qualified clinician.
• Fasting
  You must fast for 10–12 hours prior to the test. Water only. This is essential for the accuracy of your Triglyceride and cholesterol results.
• Alcohol
  Strictly avoid alcohol for 48 hours prior to the test, as it can cause temporary spikes in Liver enzymes and shift lipid levels.
• Activity
  Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours before the draw. Intense training can temporarily elevate certain liver enzymes (ALT/AST).
